Terms and Conditions of Use 

Effective Date: June 1, 2025  

1. License Grant  

Upon payment of the applicable fee, Subscriber is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the video content (“Content”). This content may be shared with Subscriber’s clients solely for the purpose of benefits education during the paid access period.  

Permitted use includes:  

- Streaming the Content directly from the Site;  

- Providing client-facing access for employee education during the active access term.  

No other rights are granted. Use is restricted to the scope of the license as described herein.  

2. Restrictions on Use  

Subscriber shall not, directly or indirectly:  

- Download, reproduce, store, or distribute the Content;  

- Share login credentials or allow access to third parties other than what is permitted herein;  

- Modify, translate, republish, or create derivative works from the Content;  

- Incorporate the Content into any other materials, media, presentations, websites, or training sessions;  

- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Content beyond the authorized use.  

Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access and may subject Subscriber to legal action.  

3. Access Terms  

Access to Content is time-limited and based on the selected subscription or rental plan:  

- Monthly Subscription: Access to the full video library for 30 calendar days;  

- Weekly Rental: Access to the full video library for 7 calendar days;  

- Individual Video Rental: Access to selected video(s) for 7 calendar days.  

Access expires automatically at the end of the applicable term unless renewed.  

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property  

The Site and all original content, features, and functionality are the sole property of Futuro Sólido USA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.  

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Subscriber acquires no ownership or proprietary interest in the Content.  

5. Limitation of Liability  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futuro Sólido USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with:  

- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;  

- Any errors or omissions in the Content.  

Liability is limited even if Futuro Sólido USA was advised of the possibility of such damages.  

6. Governing Law  

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Colorado.  

7. Acceptance and Modifications  

By subscribing or renting Content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Futuro Sólido USA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
